Personal data is any information that can be used to identify you personally. I only process personal data where this is necessary to operate the website, respond to enquiries, or initiate and perform a contract.

Data transmitted between your browser and this website is encrypted using HTTPS.

3. Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you access the website, the server processes technically necessary information, in particular your IP address, the time of access, the requested file, the referrer, and browser and operating-system information.

This processing is carried out to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. My legitimate interest is the secure operation of this website. Log data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for these purposes, unless a statutory retention obligation applies.

4. Contact and early-access form

If you contact me by email or through the early-access form, I process the information you provide. The form asks for your name, email address and intended use; your organisation or role is optional.

The information is processed solely to answer your enquiry, ask follow-up questions and, where appropriate, arrange test access. Form data is transmitted to the web server in encrypted form, is not stored in a database and is sent by email to info@mudaio.de.

When you submit the form, processing is based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. This does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. Where your enquiry concerns steps prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR also applies. Direct email enquiries may additionally be processed on the basis of my legitimate interest in appropriate communication under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Your information is deleted once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations or other legal grounds require further storage.

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, marketing or profiling services and does not store non-essential cookies. External fonts and embedded third-party content are not loaded.

6. Your rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you have rights including access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection to processing based on legitimate interests.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The competent authority includes the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information Baden-Württemberg, Heilbronner Straße 35, 70191 Stuttgart, Germany, www.baden-wuerttemberg.datenschutz.de.

7. No automated decision-making

No automated decision-making, including profiling, takes place on this website.
